Adrienne Buckingham will present some ideas to help with balance and wellbeing for parents during this abnormal time.

We are fortunate to have Adrienne on our staff this year, as an English teacher and caring tutor teacher of 10BU. Previous to returning to the classroom, Adrienne is well known nationally for her workshops and presentations on wellbeing around the country as part of the 'NZ Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience', working alongside Dr Denise Quinlan and Dr Lucy Hone.
