The University of Otago Information Science Department hosted students from the Gifted & Talented Programme on the last day of Term Three

Our daytime shows are filling fast. There are seats available on Tuesday, December 12 at 11.30 am and some still for Monday, December 11 at 10.00 am, 11.30 am and 1.15 pm. Our evening show is Tuesday December 12 at 6pm.

Congratulations to Emily Armstrong-Sagvari, Elizabeth Audas, Grace and Temika Bishop for winning the National Curling Championships.  

Otago Art Society Youth Art Awards 2017

Three of our Kavanagh students from 2016 sat their A.T.C.L. Diploma certificates in Performance from Trinity College London last month.

Great results for Corentin at the New Zealand Trampoline National Championships. 

Over the term break Erika Fairweather, Jade Fairweather and Emma Christophers competed at the National Surf Lifesaving New Zealand National 2017 Pool Championships in Auckland. Erika was a standout performer winning four gold medals after recently performing with distinction at the 2017 NZ Short Course Championships.

To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun we are lucky to have Fr Clovis visiting Dunedin to give a public talk at St Francis Xavier and a talk to students at Holy Name.

The Kavanagh College Senior Sports Awards will be held on Wednesday 25th October at 12.00pm in the Auditorium.

The Kavanagh College swimming sports were held on Friday 22nd September. Please see attached the place getters in each cateogory.

Congratulations to Paddy on his recent successes in judo tournaments.
