Principal's Pen
Kia ora e te whānau. Our playground drainage and new grass turf replacement is making great progress and should be completed by the end of the term.
Our tamariki have missed not having this playground to play on, but it was important to make it safe again and avoid any accidents.
A big thank you to Home and School for coordinating the School Disco. We certainly had some very excited tamariki on Friday. Thank you to our parents who supported us on the night.
We are really struggling to get parent support in the mornings for Road Patrol on Clark Street and Woodmancote walkway. We have staff look after the 3 exits in the afternoon but really require an adult to support the senior students in the mornings from 8.30 to 8.55 am. If you are able to support us that would really be appreciative even if it's not all term. Monday and Thursday mornings still have no adult support for next term at this stage.
Congratulations to Elise, Oskar, Marcus, Riley, Abigaelle, Harry, Smaran, Grayson and Margot for making it through to the Wellington Interzone Cross Country. It was a really cold day but they ran hard. Thank you to the parents who transported and supported this event in Wellington.
Congratulations to Harry, Oskar, Grayson and Riley have all made it through to Regionals in Masteron.
Enjoy your weekend everyone and hopefully the rain does not hit winter sport on Saturday.
