This year the King's Wall of Fame honoured the achievements of six King's Old Boys. This annual event is one of the biggest occasions on our school calendar.

The King's Wall of Fame Inductees for 2023:

• Professor Peter Adams (1972-76)
  A top musician in Dunedin and abroad, and music academic at The University of Otago
  
  
• John Campbell (1952-56) A Posthumous Award
  Did crucial work in the rejuvenation of the New Zealand RSA, and the added support and care achieved for war veterans
  
  
• Ivan Donaldson (1955-59)
  An eminent neurologist and New Zealand Wine Industry entrepreneur
  
  
• Colin Fraser (1945-48)
  An esteemed High Court Judge
  
  
• Athol Meder (1955-59)
  A US-based business leader in high-purity distilled water and bottled water, with success across the globe
  
  
• Derek Metzger (1975-79)
  A top performer as an Actor/Singer/Dancer with a career encompassing television, recording, concert, cabaret and theatre stage in Australasia, Asia, North America, and London’s West End.
