The Science Department is excited to offer two new courses next year. Earth and Space Science will be offered for Year 12 and 13.

The Year 12 course will look at the exciting and active Geology of Dunedin and New Zealand, explore our red neighbour by studying Mars, and finally look at some of the driving factors that affect global climate and weather patterns.

The Year 13 course will continue to look at some of the Geology of New Zealand, take a more in depth look at climate change and some of the human factors that contribute to it, and finally explore the Final Frontier by looking at Astronomy.
