Enhancing performance inside the classroom and in co-curricular endeavours.

As part of our school-wide promotion of Positive Education and the importance of well-being, the King's High School 1st XV Rugby team are both supporting and advocating the status of Healthy Eating. 

The importance of our young men eating food which is of benefit to them will only enhance their performance inside the classroom and also in their co-curricular endeavours.

This Saturday 11th June our 1st XV will be promoting this very important cause during their match by wearing green and yellow socks. Sporting our new addition are our leadership group of Dylan Pledger, Orlando Tuhega-Vaitupu, Samuel Nemec-Vial and Fergus Hepburn.

With the support of the Team at Subway in Anderson's Bay the 1st XV Rugby team will provide our opposition with a sub for each player at the after-match function as a symbol of gratitude for being our opponent, but to also spread the importance of looking after oneself.
