On Wednesday evening down at the Logan Park Turf, our Junior 1st XI Football team played in the final of the Junior Premier grade against Otago Boys' High School.

The team played undoubtedly its best game of the season, coming away with a thrilling 3-2 win. Goals to Eden Brummitt Rodriguez (2) and Sam Caldwell. This is the first time since 2018 that King's has won the Junior Premier grade, a superb and well deserved achievement for this group of players.

A special thank you to Mr Aaron Corkhill (Manager) and Jack Caldwell (Coach) for the time and effort they have both put into the team this year.

This victory rounds off a fantastic season for King's Junior Football, building upon the success of Mr Cushen's Junior 2nd XI which won the Junior Reserve grade a couple of weeks ago.
