Positive Education - Resilience

Dave Ross —

Resilience is the ability to cope well in the face of challenges; to bounce back from adversity.

Resilience is about using personal resources when you are faced with a challenging situation. They might be internal resources such as how you think and feel about yourself and the world; your attitudes and coping skills.

Or, they might be external resources you might seek, including other people (mentors, parents, friends), information, equipment, practical support.

The important thing to know is that it's okay to reach out!
