On Wednesday the 30th of August the Junior 1st XI secured the Otago Junior Premier Secondary Schools' Competition with a comprehensive 2-0 win over Otago Boys' High School.

This was ideal preparation for the boys who attended Tournament Week this week  (and did extremely well! See feature article.) The boys were first to everything, dominated possession & were clinical in front of goal with Tyson Verberg scoring both goals.
The Junior Football Tournament Week is being held in Tauranga with 15 North Island teams attending & King’s the only South Island representative.
