A photo wrap-up of the last week of Term 2

Jo Barnsdale —

Last week Zane Rakete-Gray won the Junior Māori section of the Regional Speech Competition. On Thursday he brought his Ngā Manu Kōrero trophy into school, his whanau also attended. Members of the Whānau Group, He Waka Kōtuia and Panthers Rugby team welcomed Zane and his family with a haka in the quad at Group time.

At lunchtime students were spoilt for choice: the House Chess Competition playing off in B Block, the International student luncheon to farewell four students, and a visit from Queen's High School prefects to play Basketball with our prefects in the gym.

And just in case you missed the Year 13 Mid-Winter Swim last Friday, photos are included here thanks to Delia Viljoen.
