Otago PPTA Meeting Monday, May 13

At King's teaching and learning will conclude at 12.35pm. Students who do need to remain on our school campus until 3pm will be required to head to the school Library where non-union members will supervise students.

Monday, 13th May: PPTA – Paid Union Meeting (PUM)

Dear Parents/Caregivers, please be aware that we have had confirmation from the PPTA that there will be a Paid Union Meeting (PUM) taking place on Monday, 13th May (Term 2: Week 3). This meeting will involve schools from the Otago region as well as schools from outlying areas of Otago.

This will therefore mean that school will conclude early for our students.

Please be advised that we have endeavoured to minimise as much disruption as possible for the day with four periods of teaching and learning taking place. There will be no group time.

8.35am – 9.30am: Period 1

9.30am – 10.25am: Period 2

10.25am – 10.45am: Interval

10.45am – 11.40am: Period 3

11.40am – 12.35pm: Period 4

12.35pm: teaching and learning concludes for the day.

Students who do need to remain on our school campus until 3pm will be required to head to the school Library where non-union members will supervise students. 

Bus services will be operating at their usual times.
