Alfie recently competed in the South Island Long Course Swimming Championships 2022, demonstrating some excellent results.

• 2nd in the 400 LC Meter Individual Medley
• 3rd in the 50 LC Meter Backstroke
•  3rd in the 800 LC Freestyle

Further achievements over the weekend included:

• 4th in the 200 LC Meter Freestyle
•  4th in the 200 Backstroke.
