Lester Stevenson was called in at the last minute to join a team competing at the Otago Southland Small Bore Rifle Competition last weekend, and helped his team to reach first place. 

This was a great achievement since he was in an Open Grade and shooting against competitors who were older than him. Lester joined his brother, Morris, who many of us remember from his time here at King's. After his immense success while at school, Morris has gone on to represent New Zealand twice. It looks like Lester is on track to do the same.
