Dan Koni — Sep 12, 2022

Last Sunday the 2022 Dunedin Emerson Marathon marked the first training session for King's 1st Touch team, and was part of the fundraising for Touch Nationals.

It was a tough ask for some of the group, due to team illness and other sporting commitments. However, those that were able, rolled up their sleeves and set themselves to work to run 10km of the course. Congrats to these boys for getting it done.

The top five run scores were Oscar Cameron 44min 54sec, Jaxon Moeahu 45min.46sec, Kairangi Koni 50min.10sec, Tyler Metua & Isaac Kramers 55min.39sec.

Also a big thank you to the boys parents. The Smale, Apii and Cameron families, for assisting with the set up and drinks stations on the Emersons Marathon course.
