Join the Breakfast Club and start your training

Rocky Allan Co-Captain of 2023 Cross Country Team —

It's a great head start for fitness in athletics and cross country.

Last Friday, the King’s High School Breakfast Running Club was fortunate to receive some bacon and egg breakfast muffins as a donation from Gardens New World. We thank them for their ongoing support for our club, providing breakfast for runners to get a kick start to their day.

Every Tuesday and Friday at 7:30am we lead a guided 5km run around the suburbs of South Dunedin.

If you are interested in going to the Secondary School Athletic Championships on March 10th and 11th, or would like to take part in the upcoming Cross Country Season in the middle of Term 2 why not get a head start on that training and get a few extra km’s in before the time comes.

We cater for all speeds. Everyone is welcome.
