Windsor Win in 2023 Haka Competition

Bradley Scott —

There may not have been a sea of green for the Irish in the weekend, but it was Windsor's (green) Haka that won the competition on Tuesday!

Windsor 1st, Stuart 2nd, Tudor 3rd, Hanover 4th.

The result means Tudor 4-peat the Koedyk Shield, with just the Touch games remaining. Thanks to students, staff and guests involved for bringing everything together.

The Haka Competition between Houses – Hanover, Stuart, Tudor and Windsor – is the most anticipated competition of the year. Learning and practice starts back on House Day in Term 1.

Watched on by each House performing their Haka in the Quad was the judges and visiting school students from: Bathgate Park, St Clair, Tahuna and Carisbrook.

Thanks to the judges – every year the standard is getting better making the margins between scores smaller.
