Sho Tokuoka, one of our International Students from Japan, recently travelled to Christchurch to compete in the Canterbury Open Judo Champs. 

Sho competed in the under 100kg category and the Open Men's Category. He managed to win the 100kg category gaining a Gold medal, and was placed 3rd in the Open Men's, gaining a Bronze medal. 

His next competition will be the South Island Championships coming up soon.
