New additions to the library a result of King's High students participating in Otago University research
Selected students took part in the BEATS-2 Study resulting in a donation of $250 for the Library which was used to purchase books promoting physical activity.
We are very grateful to the BEATS Research Programme for this very generous donation to our school and for the opportunity to contribute to this valuable research.
The BEATS-2 Study investigates transport to school habits, the neighbourhood environment and physical activity of students aged 13 to 18 years..
Selected students completed a 30-35 minute survey at school of the BEAT-2 research.
