On Thursday night we celebrated the achievements of our sportsmen which culminated in the awarding of the coveted Salter Trophy to Finn Ward.

Scott Weatherall addressed an appreciative audience about how sport and exercise can contribute to our well-being.  After completing the Coast to Coast twice, Scott is now preparing to take on NZ Iron Man.  He uses these events as a platform to promote mental health, communicating with a wide social media following throughout the process of training and competing.
