Once again our students passionate about Science, present excellent results.

The Chemistry Olympiad is an international competition for which NZ sends a group of four chemists chosen from throughout the country. To be selected for the team the hopefuls must first perform to a high level in the first selection test which will then qualify them for the training team. 

Both Reuben Blair and Cam Fraser were selected for the team which is then put through more learning and testing before the final team is selected to travel to Tianjin, China in September this year. 

To reach the training team the students throughout NZ were tested on their Level 2 understanding and to be selected is no mean feat. 

The Science department wishes these boys the best of luck with the future training process!
