This week an English class took themselves to Rialto to view the new release of Baz Luhrmann’s, Elvis and found plenty to compare to their study of Luhrmann’s, Gatsby.

The boys hugely enjoyed the film, finding plenty of relevance to their Level 2 English ‘Significant Connections’ Assessment, looking at the link between the individual and society, particularly in relation to the failure of the 'American Dream'.
