Despite the school Cross Country being held late this year, we still were able to pick a strong squad for the first race of the season, Logan Park Road race.

We took 20 runners to this event. It is the only individual event of the season, as the rest are relays and team races. 

The Under 15 boys ran very well, with Ollie Young running very impressively in 2nd place, followed closely by Ezekiel Stewart in 3rd. Spencer Gable also had a strong start to the season with a 6th place. 

The Under 19 boys also did very well. With George Bates in the Under 19s coming in 2nd with William Scharpf chasing him down in 3rd. Both runners are running their first year in the Under 19 Grade. Riley Smith a new comer to this event had a strong race coming in 19th. A good start to the season.
