Kensington Oval Men's (Tues 23rd October)

· Kings 1st Touch Team defeated Kingsmen, 6-5

Touchdowns: J.Davis (2), H.Moata’ane (2), M.Schooner, T.Hand

Bishopcourt Men's (Thurs 18th October)

· Kings 1st Touch Team lost to Basics, 6-3

Touchdowns: M.Schooner (3)

Otago Sec Schools' Metro Competition (Tues 23rd October)

· Mohoao Kingi lost to OBHS Rust, 5-3

· Hukarere Kingi lost to JMCG 10B

· Whiorepaku Kingi defeated JMCG MM, 10-5

· Whatitiri Kingi lost to JMCG Reapers

· Repara Kingi defeated OBHS Martin, 5-4

· Tiaki-ha Kingi drew to OBHS, 5-5


IMPORTANT TOUCH DATES:

· Touch Sports Performance Program – Please check the notices on the window of Room 26, for meeting and training times.

· King's Junior 1st and Senior 1st Touch Teams All trainings for these teams have started. Check the notices on the window of room 26.

· Metro Touch Competition started on Tues 23rd October at the Kensington Oval. All boys who were in a team during Term 1 will be in the same team in Term 4. Any issues, please see Mr Koni in Room 26.

Students need to ensure they are wearing the correct uniform when playing Touch for King’s. Students must wear;

Juniors (Yr 9/10) – King's PE Top and Shorts. Black socks with footwear.

· Otago Metro Trials begin this weekend, Sunday 28th October at Kensington Oval

Grades are U12 Boys, U14 Boys, U16 Boys and Under 18 boys

This is an open registration, and it is strongly encouraged that all Elite Junior Players (King's 1st, Junior 1st and Year 9 & 10 Touch Academy)to attend the trial if they are age allegeable for the above grades.
