In the holidays Laura Marsh (Japanese Teacher) attended a Japanese Intensive Immersion Seminar in Sydney. She joined 27 Teachers from across Australia and four other Teachers from New Zealand.

Across the week participants completed seminars on curriculum development and interview skills, networked with other Japanese Teachers and explored new resources available for the classroom. 

She was very fortunate to be one of only five Teachers from New Zealand selected for a Scholarship to attend this valuable event and I’m sure she will put the new knowledge she has gained to good use in her classroom.
