Around 40 King's boys competed at the Otago Secondary School Athletic Championships in Dunedin at the weekend.

The following boys earned either a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in their event/s and age group.

• Thomas Jenkins U15 100m Sprint – 1st, U15 400m Sprint – 1st, U15 80m Hurdles – 2nd, and U15 High Jump – 3rd
• Kalel Beer-Williams U14 400m – 3rd
• Toby Flanders U15 400m – 3rd
• Dan Kelleher U15 800m – 2nd, U15 1500m – 1st and U15 3000m – 1st
• Josh Crowley U15 800m – 3rd, U15 1500m – 2nd and U15 3000m – 2nd

Sixty boys were registered to compete. On the day around 40 took part and they were placed in 36 events.
