Last weekend, He Waka Kōtuia, King’s and Queen’s Kapa Haka group, travelled to Invercargill to compete in the Regional Secondary Schools Kapa Haka Competition.

Many months of practice and hard work paid off with a spectacular, powerful performance, and first place in the competition! This qualifies He Waka Kōtuia for next year’s National Competition. Ka rawe!
