Four King’s 1st XI cricketers got to test their skills in the nets, with several Black Caps in town on domestic duty for the ND Knights.

Oram Gutsell, Joe Ingram, Jacob Murray and Marno Potgieter were given the opportunity to bowl to the side last Friday, before a T20 vs the Otago Volts on Saturday. 

The ND side boasted eight Black Caps: Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi, Anton Devcich, Tim Seifert, Mitchell Santner, Scott Kuggeleijn and Colin de Grandhomme. 

The students found the experience invaluable.
