In part two of our Positive Education series, we are looking at positive emotions.

Positive emotions help us live longer by shutting down the health-damaging side effects of negative ones. They have a physical “undo effect” on stress.

How can you boost your Positivity ratio?

• Know what makes you happy and make sure you do it on a regular basis

• Notice the good stuff that happens

• We all need to pay attention to increasing Positive Emotions in our life because they are important; experiencing them builds enduring resources that support us in tough times
