In February, we ran an article on Elliot Brown who won the “President’s Scholarship Award” at the New Zealand Surfing Competition. 

The prize was a 10-day trip to Fiji and the aim was for Elliot to experience reef breaks and waves that are different to NZ. Four surfers went on the trip, the highlight of which for Elliot was surfing the "Cloud Break", a famous break in Fiji.
