On Monday and Tuesday this week, a group of Year 9 and 10 King’s boys joined the Science Wānanga at Araiteuru Marae. 

Sessions were run by the Biochemistry, Neuroscience and Physics departments of Otago University and featured an exciting range of hands-on activities. 

Highlights included using slinkies to show how waves work, creating neurographic art and making liquid nitrogen icecream!
