Prizegiving 2021 was a special and unique event
Prizegiving 2021 was a night to remember for our senior students and their families.
It was the first time a prizegiving has been online and provided an opportunity for extended family members to be part of this special occasion. Over 1,200 viewers watched online.
Congratulations to everyone who received an Award for their hard work and academic performance in 2021.
Mr McIvor, the Rector announced the Dux and The Proxime Accessit for 2021
The Dux is the award for the best performing academic student in the school.

The outgoing Head Boy, Ben Paku delivered an articulate and personal speech about his time as King's Head Boy.
A special thanks to Ben and all the prefects of 2021 who have led the student body and King's in so many events. You have done this with pride and great leadership. A special thank you from everyone at King's.

It was also officially announced that the winners of the House Shield for 2021 are Tudor, congratulations.
While fully masked we all managed to smile, laugh and enjoy the evening.
The musical items set the tone for the night with the Processional Orchestra, Melo Keys, Marshall Klenner and the School Jazz Band.
Joel Wilden closed the ceremony with the Bag Pipes. This was truly a memorial awards evening.
Another exceptional heartfelt evening. Well done to all King’s award recipients.
