Excellence celebrated at Cultural Blues Prizegiving

This year's Cultural Blues Prizegiving honoured one of King’s largest groups of young men across the Arts.

It showcased amazing talent and student success in both the Arts, Performing Arts and Culture. The Arts and Culture continues to occupy a special place at King’s High School and in recognition of commitment and excellence, “Blues” are an award of the highest calibre. With our most talented and committed students front and centre, the evening was a wonderful celebration of the Arts and Culture at King’s High School.

This year, 55 students were recipients of Blues - a number which shows the determination of our students - who have succeeded at the highest level in a year with incredible challenges.

The two categories are:

· a ‘blue’ for multiple years of commitment or high achievement

· a ‘silver blue’ for outstanding achievement nationally or internationally.
