Challenge laid down for Spanish students

Spanish Teacher, Ms Frankel challenged all of her students to get creative and make a Spanish-themed masterpiece using only simple resources from home and their imaginations.

Entries ranged from instructional videos on how to make Churros to Day of the Dead masks to Spanish guitar recitals and a lego replica of the iconic Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. They were judged on Quality, Effort and X - Factor and, after some serious deliberation by the highly esteemed judge Mr Smith, the winners were announced;

1st Place

Jonty Allan Yr 9 - Churro Chips

"The use of video was impressive using time lapse, along with a commentary.

Step-by-step instructions provided were easy for others to follow if they wish to make them. Finished product looked amazing!"

2nd Place

Zachary Diehl Yr 10 - Day of the Dead Mask
