We are excited to celebrate the up and coming Year 9 & 10 Prizegiving

Darin Smith —

Our prizegiving for juniors will take place on Wednesday 8th December.

This is a fantastic achievement and deserving recognition for your son.

Due to the current COVID-19 requirements, we will be hosting two, Year 9 and 10 Prizegivings to ensure appropriate social distancing can occur therefore a limit of two guests per student will be permitted to attend.

Your sons class and the time their prizegiving will take place is as follows.

Year 9:

  • Starting at 9.15am – 9KO / 9GI / 9RB / 9CR
  • Starting at 10.15am – 9NK / 9YG / 9WM / 9BY

Year 10:

  • Starting at 11.30am – 10CH / 10KI / 10CY / 10KL
  • Starting at 12.30pm – 10WT / 10JF / 10SR / 10MK

Alert Level 2 procedures will be in place with a QR code and sanitiser available to all those attending. Face masks are encouraged to be worn. It is also important to be aware that our staff may indicate to separate further in the PAC if they deem the need – we would ask that you respect and follow their requests.

All guests are to make their way into the PAC through the PAC Foyer, but only once the doors are open by our staff.

Given the restrictions, we do ask that at the conclusion of each prizegiving that all guests (parents/caregivers) do make their way from the PAC out onto Bay View Road, to allow the next group of guests for the following prizegiving to make their way into the PAC.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to live stream the prizegivings.

Please appreciate that at any time things may change, and if so, we will endeavour to communicate any changes to you immediately.

Thank you again for your ongoing support.
