King’s Wall of Fame 2021

Teresa Robertson —

Celebrating our distinguished inductees in 2021 reminds us of the humble beginnings of many of our boys and inspires the young men currently studying at King's to take every opportunity to embrace all that life has to offer.

King’s inducted the following Old Boys' to the “Wall of Fame” 2021

  • Joe Anderson (1945 – 1949) = retired District Court Judge
  • Craig Scott (1963 – 1966) = New Zealand Singer and Television Personality
  • Graham Sinclair (1949 – 1953) = Businessman, well known for his community involvements
  • Ben Smith (2000 – 2004) = former NZ All Black

All our inductees exemplify the notion of making the most of life as seen in each of their citations.

Each inductee shared memories about their time at King’s including a few special words of wisdom

…respect for yourself and for others

…demonstrate integrity in all you do

…back yourself, give it 100%.

It was an honour to celebrate our inductees and to listen to their memories at this special assembly, held annually at King’s High School.
