Senior students are invited to the PAC to learn about job opportunities and pathways at this Trade Information Session.

On Monday 8th August, Senior students who are interested in moving into the Trades are invited to attend an information session. Representatives from key organisations will each provide a short presentation about their industry(ies), job opportunities and potential pathways. Following this, students will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with these representatives. Organisations that will be represented are:

• MasterLink (Plumbing and Drainlaying)
• Connexis (Infrastructure and Civil Engineering)
• MITO (Automotive, Transport, Logistics, Gas and Extractives)
• BCITO (Building and Construction)
• ETCO (Electrical)
• Otago Polytechnic (Pre-trade courses)
• Workforce Central (New Hospital Build)

Any students who are considering moving into the trades are encouraged to come along and listen, taking the opportunity to find out more about the different industries, possible pathways, entry requirements and speak with industry representatives.
