Insight into business environments valuable

Recently, Shelley Winsor, Head of Marketing for the University of Canterbury’s Digital Screen Campus came into our Year 12 Business Studies classroom to talk to the students about motivational strategies that are used in the business environment. In particular the use of flexible working conditions and career progression initiatives. Shelley provided some valuable insights which the boys appreciated.
