Stock the Bus

On Thursday, 23rd November members of the Student Council, accompanied by Mr Smith and Mr McPherson, travelled to the Warehouse with the express purpose of buying presents.

Each year, the Student Council at King’s High School purchases these presents to donate towards Stock the Bus.

Stock the Bus is an initiative organised by Presbyterian Support Otago, where donated presents are gifted and distributed to those in the wider Dunedin community who otherwise would go without during the festive season.

This year, we purchased just under $1,000 worth of items.

The Student Council would like to thank the 1st XV Rugby Performance Group for their contribution. Without their help we would have been unable to contribute as many presents as we did.
