An impressive amount of boys walked across the stage during Thursday's Blues Assemblies.

It’s the end of my first term at King’s and I wish to thank all the staff, students, parents, Old Boys and wider supporters from the King’s Clan, who’ve helped me to settle in.

Wednesday night was a celebration of the amazing talent that we have here at King's and an opportunity for our Arts mentors to share the work they had created with students throughout the day.

That was the message one of our Arts Mentors, Vanda Symon, gave to our students. Novelist, Vanda, composer and performer of ‘taonga puoro’, Rob Thorne and Graphic Designer, Alex Gilks worked with selected students on Wednesday.

Once again, our Jazz Band was asked to play at the opening of the Glenfalloch Night Garden - an annual event, held in late September over three nights at our beautiful Glenfalloch.

Congratulations to several of our Senior and Junior Boys. Four Seniors are away at National Champs this weekend and several Juniors trialed over the weekend of Sunday 22nd Sept and made the Metro Touch Teams.

There was nothing at all suspicious about the fact that the final whistle blew immediately after the staff Team scored their 2nd goal against the Year 13 Team. Nothing suspicious at all.
