We are delighted to share that Tomuri Spicer has once again been selected as a finalist in the Lion Foundation Song Writing Competition.

This week we celebrated a King’s High School icon, Michael “Reggie” Reggett's 65th birthday.

How else do you learn about Roman and Greek sculpture? You make a piece of your own. Mr Frost's Year 12 class got busy recreating cultural artefacts from ancient times including warriors, architecture, Roman Centurion helmets and a piece entitled, "The Global Economic Conspiracy"....?

This term, Year 9 classes have been visiting the Planetarium at Otago Museum to learn all there is to know about the Universe around us. Thank you to Kate Timms-Dean and the staff at Otago Museum for hosting us and to Mr Farry for organising the visits.

Darin Smith received notification of $1,120 to be donated to the school from Athletes Foot South Island Area Manager, Simon Rells.

Applications are now being called for the 2021 Bursary. This bursary is open to high school leavers who are going on to further study. Bursaries are not restricted to University study, and could be for education at a Polytechnic or another institution of equivalent status.
