Community Update, 9 September 2021
A Note from Graeme Budler, Executive Principal
Dear KingsWay Community,
It has been a few weeks now at Alert Level 4, and you may be feeling some lockdown fatigue. It is excellent news that daily infection cases are dropping; however, I believe we will be at Alert Level 3 or 4 for a while yet. Thank you to those who continue to reach out and encourage. I have been so blessed by those of you who have reached out to me recently.
Thank you to those who recently completed the Lockdown survey. It is not too late for those who have not got to it yet. Survey Please feel free to continue to email your child’s teacher, Head of School or me if needed.
Congratulations to the following people on their recent appointment to a leadership position in the Senior School:
- Julie Moynihan - Head of Faculty Maths
- Sophie Catterall (Alumni student) - Head of Faculty Arts
God bless,
Graeme Budler
Executive Principal

If you are looking for a fun activity for your child to do, then we encourage you to get them to enter the Whanau competition. The students who have been making marble runs have been having such a great time and there is still time to enter to earn points for your house.
Also a reminder of the opportunity to get involved and help Miss Hagan make some devotional records for Middle School.
