Year 7 Newsletter
Week 2, Term 1
Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
It has been a fabulous week of fun in Year 7! Although, your children have done very well in getting through all the admin that comes with starting Middle School. As teachers, we can not stop raving about the beautiful cohort that we have received. The next two weeks will have a lot of testing as we do our standardised assessments. This is so that we can get an idea of where your children sit academically. If we have any concerns, we will be in touch.
Please note that one of the best homework tasks you can do with your children is to go over timetables. This will boost their number knowledge so they can learn other skills like fractions, division, long multiplication and long division!
