We are enjoying the approach toward the school holidays and many students have done very well to not only navigate distance learning but return to school and assimilate into school life again.

Easter is an important time for us all and we want to foreground the significance to our students. Mr Simeon Hawkins (Teacher) is taking our students through the events and meaning of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, and we are praying that Holy Spirit speaks to them as they listen. We were encouraged that a group of students accepted the invitation to go to a Q and A session on the crucifixion message after hearing it yesterday.

Please note that:

• Students need to arrive in their day uniform with PE uniform packed from Term 2. No one can arrive in PE gear. They will go home in PE gear if they had a PE or Sport lesson after lunch. This is because we will resume using our changing sheds.
• Tuesday 12 April is a 2 pm finish for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Those who take buses will be supervised in the library and then taken to the bus bay at 3:15 pm.
• Thursday 14 April is a 2 pm finish due to Easter Weekend and the end of Term 1.
• Term 2 commences on Monday 2 May.
