Message from Mr Daniel Bennett - Head of Senior School
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Congratulations to Caleb Cole-Baker who has just won the Stand Up Stand Out Electronic Beats Best Composition (photo below).
The Boot Camp for the Cambodia Missions trip took place recently. Glen Carter from Asian Outreach outlined cultural aspects of Cambodia and what students could expect. Team building and sharing testimonies were also covered and staff were really encouraged by the enthusiasm and unity amongst the group (photo below).
We will have the Options Evening on Thursday of Week 1 next term, which we highly recommended you attend with your child. Information about the evening and the 2024 Option Selections timeline will be in next week's newsletter.

Message from Deans
It has been a privilege to see such resilience in our students during this season. They have faced numerous challenges, including days at home due to weather and strikes, yet they are still committed to finishing this Term well and having a positive attitude in class. Student engagement in raising money for World Vision has been fantastic and it has provided an opportunity for many to grow in leadership and confidence.
A big thank you to our parent community who continue to support KingsWay’s uniform standards.
The Big Sing
The Big Sing was an absolute success! The KingsWay School Choir was privileged to perform in the Auckland Town Hall this morning. This was the first time KingsWay School had performed at the Big Sing and the choir gave a wonderful performance, singing Tuhia, Dos Oruguitas, and I'll Fly Away. The students had a fantastic time listening to other school choirs perform and were amazing representatives for our School, both on and off stage. The students are inspired and excited for next year!
