Please find the link below for Senior and Middle School sports nominations 2018. The nominations must be COMPLETED by 9am on Monday, 20 August or before please.

Only one form per player for nominations please. Please fill out another form for other players you may like to nominate.

You may nominate a player for more than one award on this form. Please leave blank the awards for which you do not wish to nominate the student.

YOU MAY NOT NOMINATE YOUR OWN CHILD FOR THE FOLLOWING AWARDS. (You can nominate other students)

ADULT Coach of the year may be added to any students nominations.

Victor and Victrix Ludorum are done on a points system. No nomination is required. However we do need to know if your child is a representative player in any sport.

Sports Prize Giving is on Friday, 26 October and all Coaches and Managers are invited to attend. Invitations to students getting awards will be sent out nearer the time however all are welcome to attend and support their teams mates.
