When ordering school photographs from Photolife's online ordering system for parents, it's helpful to know these facts below.

• Your unique 8 digit Shoot Key will only display your own child’s photos – this will include: Portrait, Class, Summer Sports Photos & Group Photos
  
• Photolife will supply a number of Order Envelopes to the School office, to give any student’s whose families do not have access to the internet or who do not wish to use the Online Ordering System an alternative means to order. Parents just need to pick up an Order Envelope from the School office.
  
• Photolife gives a ‘free delivery’ period of 3 weeks from the date the Shoot Keys are dispatched to the School for parents to place their orders. It is best to go online straight away and place your order. The expiry date of the ‘free delivery’ period is clearly shown on the website and automatically expires when that date is reached. Free Delivery period expires on: 2nd September at midnight.
  
• What happens once the ‘free delivery’ period expires? Photolife will dispatch the photo orders directly to the home address (as typed in by the person placing the order). A postage charge will automatically be added.
