SCHOOL COUNSELLOR – Permanent, part time (2 days / week), Y7-13

KingsWay has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced counsellor to join our counselling team for two days per week during school term time, commencing at the start of Term 1, 2021. This is a non-teaching, support staff position who has the following:

• Proven ability to counsel children and adolescents from a Christian perspective
• Willingness and skill to be part of our counselling team and contribute to the wider community on issues related to student wellbeing
  
• Ability to engage effectively with parents, students, staff and external agencies
• NZAC or NZCCA membership preferred

KingsWay School is a high achieving, state-integrated Christian School catering for Year 1-13 student with a current roll of 1521 students.
