We need willing hands and a great attitude every Wednesday in March/April to help our Board Chair...

Dear parents and friends of Kingsway school,

With our two large school campuses, there’s a host of garden areas and planting that need regular maintenance. The wonderful staff who manage our grounds sometimes need support to keep on top of the weeding and general gardening to keep our lovely school looking beautiful. If you have time available on Wednesdays we would love to invite you to join Peter Wilding, our Board Chairperson, to keep our gardens weed-free and looking smart. No expertise is required, just some willing hands and a great attitude. 😊

When: Each Wednesday in March and April from 9.30am – 12.00pm. We will advise you through the school App if it’s cancelled due to rain.

Where: Meet by the groundsmen’s building (at the Jelas Road Campus beside the Event Centre). Parking will be available on site. If you can only spare an hour or so that would still be hugely appreciated.

What to bring: Gardening clothes, sun hat, gloves, water drink bottle. If you do have gardening implements that you can bring that would be helpful.
