Sue Collett has resigned from the PTA after faithfully and sacrificially serving the KingsWay community for 22 years.

Dear KingsWay Community,

Ngā mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa.

It feels somewhat underwhelming to try and farewell someone of Sue’s stature in a few paragraphs. We aim to celebrate Sue’s service at a school community event in the future.

Anyone who knows Sue will testify to her calm and can-do attitude. I also want to thank Andrew, her husband, for supporting her in her role. Sue has spent the last past of her tenure supporting Karen Barr (the current Chairperson of the PTA), and I know you will support Karen in the same way you did Sue.

Thank you to Sue for embodying parent partnership, godliness and being a beautiful all-around human being.
