There was a buzz of excitement at the KingsWay Middle School Athletics Day.

It was encouraging to see the enthusiasm of the students as points were rewarded to every student that participated, regardless of whether they were placed or not. The Middle School staff were encouraged and grateful for the parent help and Senior students who assisted for the day.

The relay races turned out to be the highlight of the day with fierce competition between the teams. Some of the shorter races were so competitive that the finishes could be compared to photo finishes with athletes dipping at the finish line and many students tried hard to beat the previous school records.

Well done to the KingsWay Middle School staff and students.
